Voices on the Waves:  A Multicultural Comedy-Drama in Two Acts
by Karima Vargas Bushnell

A “cruise director” from Southside Chicago with a talent for Arabic, a British CEO with a taste for Kipling, a sociology professor from India, a French fashion designer, an old hippie fresh off the psychedelic bus and assorted Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Christians and Buddhists—stuck on a lifeboat in the middle of the Red Sea, they’re helped out by guiding spirits from three world religions and a television interviewer with the sensitivity of Donald Duck.

Lord Dogwater’s Daughter
by John Hakim Bushnell

with help from
Howard Kranz and Karima Vargas Bushnell

A radio play melodrama written and presented for and by Walker Community Methodist Church.

Tis a short tale – but an energetically wagging one – wherein you may observe various flawed but loveable specimens of humanity, dogdom, and maybe even Dear Old Doctor Otter.

(It’s also just possible that a certain spotlight-grabbing, operatically-vocalizing Slime Mold may be Back by Popular Demand!)
